The Colorado School Foundation Association welcomes you to our website in support of public school education.

License Plate Program:

The SUPPORT EDUCATION license plate program allows motorists to convey their support for public education in the state of Colorado while financially supporting the Education Foundation for their favorite school district. Proceeds from the license plate sales will go directly to programming support at each Education Foundation.

The total cost of the plate is $70; $20 is donated to the Education Foundation of your choice via this website, and $50 is paid directly to the Department of Motor Vehicles when you pick up your plate. This site enables you to purchase the certificate required to purchase your Support Education Plate from the DMV. The Support Education plate can only be purchased with the certificate provided on this website. You must take the certificate to your local DMV office and pay the administrative fee of $25 directly to the DMV in order to receive your plate.

Given the large number of specialty plates available, some local DMV offices may need to be reminded about the availability of the Support Education plates.

If you would like to purchase a license plate, please have your vehicle registration available. The name on your purchased certificate must match your registration. Nicknames, initials, abbreviations that do not EXACTLY match your registration will not be accepted by the Dept. of Motor Vehicles.
